Ally was born in Seattle and raised in the Lake Stevens area, ultimately graduating from the Northwest Hair Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner school. Ally was actively recruited by Elle Marie as she stood head and shoulders above her peers during recruiting visits due to her high energy, professionalism and talent. During her time at Northwest Hair Academy, Ally was on the Design Team, Student Counsel, and Green Team. She also volunteered her skills for various charity haircutting events such as Haircuts for Homeless and Queen for a Day.

Ally enjoys country western dancing, watching movies, playing with her dog, Max, and spending time with her family. Her family also share her passion for the hair industry as her mother owns a salon and her younger sister is a stylist as well.

In her spare time Ally enjoys hiking, camping, and living life on the edge with a little cliff jumping. "Into water!" she feels compelled to clarify with a laugh.

With regards to her hair industry skills, Ally says, "I wouldn't say that I have a specialty. I just love making people feel good about themselves - whether it's taking the time to listen to what they have to say or making their hair look amazing!" Ally has her own unique sense of style and takes pride in working with her guests to help them identify their unique style as well.
