Who Inspires Me: Professionally, Betsey Johnson! That woman is a fashion and beauty maven who aspires to make people feel beautiful and confident, and she is not afraid to take risks and being open minded! She is happy, fun, and brings a smile to your face just looking at her! Personally, I’m inspired by my friends who are fun and beautiful mama’s. I have a one year old daughter, and I just cherish and adore my fellow mama’s who are so beautiful inside and out. There is something so lovely about a woman who can dote on her family, and equally cherish her personal time and well being as well. Together, Betsey and my mama’s inspire me to always have fun, to be a little daring, and to always aspire to make my client feel their absolute best.

Passion for the Industry: One of the coolest things about this industry is that no two people are alike. A graduated bob can look one way on my mom, and another way on my best friend- totally unique to the person! I love personalizing a cut or a color to a client specifically- What looks best with their eyes? Their jawline? What is their morning routine, and how can I make this style fit perfectly into that routine? My job never gets boring!

Professional Development: Certified in Aveda Pureform cutting and coloring, specifying in Aveda Razor, Redken color continuing education courses. Voted “Best of the Eastside” in Seattle Magazine.

Hobbies: When I’m not snipping, clipping, or color brush dipping, I’m typically hanging out with husband and daughter or our families and friends playing board games or watching “The Office”, helping out with the youth program at the church where my husband works, or putting huge dents in my credit while I support my shoe fetish.
