"Last night was my second time at your hair studio. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your salon and staff. Michelle is my hair stylist. For the first time in years someone got it right. The first time I came in my hair was a mess. I had gone to a cheaper chain salon on a recommendation. I have always gone to more upscale salons. I came out with almost black hair with stripes. It was suppose to be brown with a few highlights. Michelle consulted with me about the color and what style I was looking for and she explained to me what we needed to do to get rid of the color and the process. The style and color was the best I have had in years. Someone really listened and really took the time to understand what I wanted and what would look good. Last night was the first time in a long time I didn't worry about how the hair was going to look when I was done. I knew it would be perfect and it is. Last night was the real test.

Here is what impresses me about your salon: The front desk treats you like a VIP. Water with lemon in a glass - WOW! The staff consults with the clients. The staff also appear to like what they are doing, they present a professional atmosphere and make the clients feel special. I have heard from 3 stylists that they feel fortunate to work at Elle Marie and it shows. No cattiness. I have not heard a negative comment about anyone.

It is just a great place and I will be back for a long time."
