CHILDREN

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon unless attending a scheduled appointment.

We have endeavored to create an elegant, upscale atmosphere that adults can enjoy. Our goal of offering superior hair service is best accomplished when we can work one-on-one with you, free from distractions. When scheduling your appointment we ask that you allow yourself the opportunity to relax and indulge in being pampered in a way that can only be accomplished when you are kid-free. This helps preserve the upscale environment for our other guests as well.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in the salon unless they are service animals.

While we would love to meet your precious pets, please consider the allergies of our guests as well as the issues mentioned under "Children" and refrain from bringing them to your appointment.

MOBILE PHONES

Upon arrival at Elle Marie, please turn off the ringer to your mobile phone in consideration of others.

GIFT CARDS

We offer electronic gift cards for services or any dollar amount.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a friend and you'll both receive $20 off a cut and color combo ($10 for haircut alone).

Certain conditions may apply. Offer can not be combined with any other offer and is subject to change without notice. Offer is good for a one time service discount for both referral guest on initial visit and referring guest. Not applicable for retail purchases.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, personal local checks, debit cards, and VISA or MasterCard.

CANCELLATIONS and "NO SHOWS"

We require 24 hour notice on all cancellations.

We understand that appointments can occasionally slip your mind and therefore offer reminder calls prior to each appointment. Should you fail to show up for your appointment, we will gladly reschedule that appointment one time. Following the second "no show", a credit card will be required to rebook the appointment. 50% of the scheduled service will be charged in the case of a third "no show".

While Elle Marie appreciates all of our guests as a whole, our commission-based stylists rely on each and every guest to accommodate their own personal finances. If you are unable to attend an appointment, we would greatly appreciate your help in providing us as much notice as possible to allow our stylists to rebook that time slot.
