• How would you describe your personal approach to hairstyling? I take pride in listening to my Guests and working with them to achieve their hair goals, create a maintenance plan that compliments their lifestyle, and their styling preferences. 
• What inspires you in your work? My Guests and our ever-growing industry.
• How do you stay updated with the latest trends and techniques? Attending classes and industry events, our industry reps that we work closely with, and the Stylists that I work beside and collaborate with every day.
• What do you enjoy most about being a Hairstylist? I love being able to connect with people and help them realize their hair dreams while helping their inner beauty shine through. Also, allowing them to look and feel their best. Nothing is better than knowing that you helped make someone feel good about themselves and that smile that they give you when they love their hair! I love being a part of an industry that is constantly evolving and pushing me to grow, both personally and professionally.

• What can Clients expect when they sit in your chair? When you sit in my chair, that is your time, and we can spend it how you choose. Whether you prefer to relax and enjoy a quiet visit, you need a listening ear, or just like to catch up and chat. I am here for it and value that you are trusting me with your hair and your time!
• How do you work with Clients to achieve their desired look? I always recommend bringing in a selection of photos for us to review during our consultation so we can discuss different preferences and create that perfect look. Sometimes, when starting a new Client and Stylist relationship, it takes a few times and a few adjustments until we get it just right! But I’m committed to listening to my Guests and offering different solutions and options until we find  the perfect fit! 
• What do you think is the most important aspect of a successful Client-Stylist relationship? Communication! 

Personal Interests

• What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I love being by the water and that is where you can find me any chance I get!
• Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of hair? I love going on adventures and exploring new places.
• How do your personal interests influence your work as a hairstylist? Nature is my happy place; I find so much inspiration there and I feel like I bring so much of that back into my work.

• What sets you apart from other Hairstylists? We all have our own individual experience, the experience that I have collected along the way is invaluable and what sets me apart from others as well as making me the Stylist I am today.
• Do you have any memorable experiences or success stories in your career? Anytime a passion and a career can be one, that’s a success story! Being able to genuinely say that I love what I do is the biggest success in my book. My entire career has been so memorable and full of wonderful experiences, but I would have to say Elle Marie has provided me with some incredible opportunities that really stand above the rest.
