Congratulations to our 2019 Employees of the Year!
The Elle’s Angel of the Year award is earned by 1 Employee in each location, every year. With certain criteria in mind, 2-3 people are nominated by that location’s management team, and the final decision is made by the company owners.
They are then announced at the company Christmas gala where the “passing of the halo” happens. Much like the Miss America Pageant. Yes, exactly like that. 👸🏼 😉
Aside from earning the title & right to wear that halo with pride all year long, they have also earned themselves an all expense paid trip to New York City to study at the Redken Exchange (or, if they’d rather, to Las Vegas to attend the educational event, Redken Symposium).
Choosing the 2019 recipients was no easy task. Among so many other great qualities these women exemplify, each of them honor our mantra and have passion for Caring for, Nurturing, and Motivating our Team, our Guests, our Community, and our Industry.
For them, we are grateful!
